The agreement between you and Lomen.

Lomen is in early access. Billing is not yet live, no payments are collected today, and the operator details above are placeholders. Replace [YOUR NAME] and the address block with your real identity before inviting paying customers.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of Lomen. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for the websites you install the tracking snippet on, and for the people you give access to your account. Keep your credentials confidential and enable two-factor authentication where available.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another account's data, probe or overload the service, resell access without a written agreement, or use Lomen to process data you have no right to process. Do not install the Lomen snippet on sites directed at children under 16 or on sites that distribute unlawful content.
Fees and billing
The Basic plan is provided at no cost. Pro is charged as a flat subscription of $8.99 per month, or $79.99 per year if billed annually (25% less than twelve monthly payments), following a 14-day free trial, regardless of how much traffic you measure. Billing is not yet live; when it is, payments will be processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms as our payment processor. No real money is collected today.
Right of withdrawal for EU consumers
If you are an EU consumer, you have 14 days from the start of a paid subscription to withdraw without giving a reason. To withdraw, email legal@lomenanalytics.com before the trial or cooling-off period ends. You will not be charged if you cancel within the trial period.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not offer an uptime guarantee on Basic or Pro. Pageviews are only recorded while the tracking snippet is installed and reachable on your site.
Data ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We claim no ownership over your traffic data or the metrics derived from it, and we will export it to you on request in a machine-readable format.
Accuracy and limitation of liability
Lomen's metrics and AI insights are informational and provided without warranty. They are not financial, tax or investment advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination and changes
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. We will give at least 30 days' notice by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
